JOURNEY TO THE ALTAR The one We have all been there before, that place where you imagine that you've found the other piece of you. "The one" that's what we call them. And the symptoms are; the fast rate of the heart's beat at the mention, thought or sight of the person. You can picture a perfect wedding, resulting in beautiful babies. But what if "the one" wasn't as perfect? What if he doesn't laugh at your jokes, or buy you chocolates or walk barefoot with you or do all the things you think he should do? Does that make him "not the one" ? Looks like every one wants a perfect relationship with no qualms But it doesn't work that way. We all are works in progress, neither you nor "the one" is perfect, you both come together to form a whole of something that can either be beautiful or disappointing. Let your imperfections as individuals make you a perfect couple not the other way round.
